trevista has been designed for the automatic inspection of parts. Nowadays a manual
100% inspection of several million parts is no longer efficient. Both the inspection costs
per part as well as the added objectivity speak in favour of an automated solution.
The unit is available in three sizes – from 20 mm up to 200 mm depending on the
measuring field required.
trevista basically consists of a dome illumination, an integrated camera mount, a LED
controller and trevista algorithm (DLL with a dongle).
Three different inspection tasks are possible:
• inspection of static surfaces (trevista SURFACE)
• surface inspection and gloss level (trevista SURFACE HYBRID)
• inspection of cylindrical surfaces (trevista CYLINDER)
Up to 200 parts/min can be inspected according to the application. A maximum of
60 parts/min can be checked when inspecting cylindrical surfaces.
